Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking channels, typically taking 5–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be initiated accordingly.
Please note that customised, made-to-order, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a defective or incorrect condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
